Line card · Silencers & exhaust accessories
Heavy-duty exhaust components engineered for extreme heat and built to deliver uncompromising quality.
Silencers, connectors, elbows, rain caps and stacks in carbon, stainless and aluminized steel — every nominal size from 2 to 32 inches, out of one 65,000 sq ft plant in Louisa, Virginia.

Nominal sizes
2″ – 32″
Attenuation range
15 – 40 dBA
Plant
65,000 sq ft
Campus
32 acres
01 · Silencers
Four grades, one measurement.
Grades are specified by insertion loss in dBA. Pick the band that meets the site's noise limit — the ranges below overlap, so the same job can often be met by more than one grade.
Configurations
Low-profile, disk and cylindrical bodies, including specialized geometries for enclosure installations where clearance is tight.

02 · Exhaust accessories
Everything between the engine and the outlet.
Six families, all built in the same shop, to the same sizes and materials as the silencers — so a full run ships as one package.
A
Bellows, flex and wye connectors
Absorb thermal movement, dampen vibration and reduce stress. Flanged and other connection options.
B
Elbows, cones and fittings
Short and long radius, 45° and 90°, formed and mitered. Concentric and eccentric reducers and expanders.
C
Outlet extensions and stacks
Straight tube with flanged, cuffed or plain ends. Test ports and lifting lugs.
D
Rain caps, rain guards and thimbles
Heat dissipation and weather protection for vertical and horizontal discharge configurations.
E
Flanges, gaskets and NGB kits
ANSI, OEM and custom-style patterns, with the matching hardware available.
F
Brackets, clamps and supports
Packaged hardware to simplify installation on site.

03 · Shop capabilities
The same shop builds both lines.
Sizes, materials and processes below apply to silencers and accessories alike.
Nominal sizes
2″ to 32″ across every silencer and accessory
Core metals
Carbon steel, S304 / S316 stainless steel, aluminized steel
Finishes
Thermal-rated high-heat black paint; powder coat options
Welding
Certified MIG, TIG, spot, stud and cobot welding
Forming & cutting
CNC press brakes, fiber laser cutting, CNC punching, shearing
Engineering
Turnkey engineering with 3D CAD modeling and design support
Certifications
ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, UL 508A listed panel capabilities
Quality
Aerospace protocols, exhaust parts.
Our AS9100D certification requires us to manufacture every part to the same inspection protocols required by the aerospace and defense industries: 100% material traceability, mandatory First Article Inspections, and a zero-defect production standard.
